Pemanfaatan Chatbot Berbasis Learning Analytics Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran Digital

Abstract

Perkembangan kecerdasan buatan (AI) mendorong penggunaan chatbot dalam pembelajaran digital, namun banyak chatbot belum mampu memberikan layanan yang benar-benar adaptif karena tidak terintegrasi dengan Learning Analytics (LA). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memahami bagaimana integrasi keduanya dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan kerangka PRISMA, menggunakan data publikasi 2021–2025 dari Google Scholar. Dari 128.200 dokumen awal, proses seleksi menghasilkan 101 artikel yang dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan Grounded Theory. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa integrasi chatbot dan LA mampu meningkatkan personalisasi, akurasi umpan balik, serta pemantauan perkembangan belajar secara real time. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kombinasi chatbot–LA berpotensi menjadi fondasi pembelajaran adaptif di masa depan, sekaligus menyoroti pentingnya pengelolaan data dan penggunaan AI yang bertanggung jawab.
